At ‘The Fish & Burger Co’ we have been working with a Melbourne artisan Italian gelato chef to develop our signature flavours. Our gelato is made by an industry leader, who is uncompromising in sourcing ingredients and uses only the finest natural Australian and Italian ingredients, which means ❌No nasties ❌No fillers ❌No artificial colours or flavours.
