The Fish & Burger Co. is a fully licensed, locally owned and operated restaurant. Located in the heart of Doncaster, our recently renovated restaurant features our iconic neon signs, signature burger mural, outdoor seating and a speciality Artisan Italian Gelato Bar. With communal tables to accommodate large groups as well as a variety of seating options, our bespoke space is suitable for all events; casual dining, group gatherings, celebrations, school reunions and work meetings.
Our seafood is sourced locally, and where possible we choose products that are certified sustainable. Our burgers are made using Australian farmed and grass-fed beef and chicken is free range. Our menu also features gourmet salads made using local produce, chips cooked using 100% cholesterol free and vegan friendly oil as well as our famous Super Shakes.
We are proud to offer our own Craft Lager, Pale Ale & Apple Cider brewed and bottled in Victoria.

The new gelato and shake bar featuring mostly gluten-free gelato and all vegan sorbet, adds a unique offering to Doncaster’s foodie scene. We have a passion for finding the best quality products. At ‘The Fish & Burger Co’ we have been working with a Melbourne artisan Italian gelato chef to develop our signature flavours. Our gelato is made by an industry leader, who is uncompromising in sourcing ingredients and uses only the finest natural Australian and Italian ingredients.
Our sorbets are made using only natural fruit; no artificial flavouring, pastes or purees…just real fruit left to ripen naturally. Hazelnuts are sourced from the Piemonte region, while our pistachios are sourced from Southern Italy in Sicily. The base flavour for our Fiore Di Latte & Vanilla Bean gelato uses the finest Heilala Vanilla Bean. Our chef walks the talk, there's no smoke and mirrors. The proof is in the gelato.
We accept bookings for groups of 8 Guests or more.
All bookings made for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights are a 90 minute seating.
